Software License Agreement

SheetToFeed is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription. Each license grants a single named user — or a defined number of agency seats, depending on your selected plan — the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the software for the duration of the subscription term.

Automated Formatting Utility

SheetToFeed is an automated data formatting utility. It converts payout statements into import-ready journal entries and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all generated journal entries before filing official tax or accounting returns in QuickBooks Online or Xero.

Intellectual Property & License Keys

The software, its documentation, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of SheetToFeed. License keys are issued for your personal or agency use only. Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or otherwise distributing license keys without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately. Because processing is client-side, no data is retained by us either during or after your subscription.
